Terms And Conditions

1. Competition Dates:

   • The competition runs from 15 August 2024 to 30 September 2024.
   • Trolley dashes will take place on 11 October 2024.

2. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to the public. Anyone who shops at Queensburgh Mall can enter.
   • Employees of any store within Queensburgh Mall and individuals employed by the Centre are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must spend a minimum of R150 at any store within Queensburgh Mall between 15 August 2024 and 30 September 2024.
   • Entries must be submitted during the competition period.
   • Participants can enter by either:
     • Writing their name, contact number, and email address on the back of their valid till slip from a store in Queensburgh Mall and dropping it into one of the designated entry boxes located around the Centre.
     • Scanning the QR code provided and completing the online entry form.

4. Validity of Entry:

   • Entries with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
   • Participants must provide accurate and valid contact information for notification purposes.

5. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Queensburgh Mall or its designated representatives.
   • One winner will be randomly selected each week during the competition period.
   • Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided.
   • If a winner does not meet the eligibility criteria upon verification, another winner will be randomly selected.
   • Winners must be available on 11 October 2024 for the trolley dash. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Prize:

   • The prize consists of six (6) R3000 trolley dashes at Pick N Pay in Queensburgh Mall.
   • Winners will be required to sign terms and conditions and indemnity forms before participating in the trolley dash.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

7. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, participants grant Queensburgh Mall the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Terms:

   • Queensburgh Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • Queensburgh Mall's decision on all matters related to the competition is final and binding.
   • Queensburgh Mall is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy:

   • By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing promotions and communications from Queensburgh Mall.

By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Queensburgh Mall reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
